MY THOUGHTS ON TEACHING BASEBALL
The mind is the first thing that has to work when you play the game of baseball. The brain triggers our quick reflexes that help us move when playing the game. The ultimate goal is to strive to develop every player at every level. When a player feels they can’t reach a goal, it is the coach’s job to push them and motivate them to reach that goal. We have to stay open minded as coaches.
