Players should always wear running shoes/turfs, baseball pants, and a baseball hat. Players should also bring their baseball gear (cleats, glove, bat, helmet) and a drink & snack.

Yes. You will have 3 uniform packages to choose from. You will also have full access to all discounts on our uniform/apparel site.

Expected cost varies according to your age group. To make the payments manageable, we offer installment payments that are due each month throughout the season.

** $450 for the first installment/initial deposit is due within 48 hours of being selected to become a Hawk. **

Additionally, before being allowed to practice or play any season with 360 Hawks, a Player Registration Form, Medical Waiver, and LOU (letter of understanding) must be completed and submitted.

After each year is over, every player has to earn a spot on the next year’s team. There are no reserved spots. The roster size for each team depends on the age group and the presence of "pitcher only" players.

Education is paramount. All Hawks are expected to excel in the classroom as well as on the baseball field. There is a reason they are Student-Athletes. Good grades, schoolwork, and behavior is everything!!

Yes!

Winter workouts are included for a small fee per player. Workouts consist of off-season strength and conditioning between the Fall and Spring seasons.

All players are expected to take advantage of the 360 Hawks winter workout program designed to complement and further their baseball development. Exceptions for players who may have commitments with other sports or training programs are considered. Please advise the coaching staff in advance so absences are excused and plans/schedules can be adjusted accordingly.

We fully support and encourage multi-sport athletes.

** Hawks players are NOT allowed to play or “pick up” for any other travel baseball teams. **

Generally, we will take our older groups (15-17-year-olds) on one or two out-of-town trips a year. We do not take trips simply to leave town as it is not necessary with the baseball talent and events in the metro Atlanta area. If we think we can improve the recruiting process for our older players, we will travel. However, there are a lot of opportunities here in Georgia for players to showcase themselves. For younger ages, the decision to travel will be discussed as a group and approved by our business manager.

360 Hawks strongly believes that if we select your player, it is now our job to help him/her improve. Our roster sizes are intentional to allow for players to get adequate practice, playing and rest time. All players will receive a fair chance to compete for, and share, playing time. While head coaches will ultimately determine the playing time for their team members, we at 360 Hawks expect each team’s full roster to be used in some capacity. Our staff will do their best to develop and prepare players with a growth mindset.

Yes. Absolutely. We hope players elect to train with our staff regardless of where they play travel ball or high school ball. Our staff offers private and group lessons in Batting, Pitching, Defense and Catching throughout the year, open to any interested ball player. As a staff, we will continuously Evaluate & Scout our player's maturity, tools & makeup on and off the field.
